CPR is one of the most important ways you can help save a life! If CPR is started within the first three minutes of cardiac arrest the chances of survival go up dramatically. Unfortunately all too often EMT’s arrive upon the scene to find people standing around not doing anything to help the victim.
Always remember you will need help and it is hard to continue CPR by yourself. Shout for HELP and Ring 999 if you find an unresponsive person before starting CPR.
