RCGP Merseyside Award Ceremony
Storrsdale Medical Centre are joint winners of Practice Team Award and the
Practice Manager Of The Year 2014 award from the RCCGP Merseyside.
The team were invited to a prize giving ceremony at Liverpool Football Club and were honoured to receive the prize.
Our achievements could not have been accomplished without the support and respect of our patients and for that we thank you.
A teaching practice
Storrsdale medical centre is a teaching practice. Our highly trained clinicians and staff teach third year medical students and physician associates from Liverpool university. We highly recommend our trainees to speak to our patients to understand how to deliver patient centred care when they graduate.
We also take part in the Liverpool apprentice scheme, this involves us taking onboard one student a year to train on the job in reception and administration. We hope all our apprentices learn a lot and have an enjoyable time at the practice. Our supportive reception team aim to pass on their wealth of knowledge to our apprentices to prepare them for the administrative world.
Employee of the year
Our employee of the year for 2019/20 is Joanne Mhagrh. Her efficiency, dedication and care for patients makes us so proud. All of our staff give the upmost effort to their job and we want to thank them all for making Storrsdale a great place to be. Keep up the good work!!
